Z2AA slides are the result of the MTA Group experience in tightening and assembly for automation.
The advantage of the use of this slide, beyond its modularity, is the complete indipendence of the two strokes. This allow to execute some operations like "nozzle cleaning" when a screw is stucked into the nozzle itself.
The tightening parameters can be controlled via sensors fixed on the pneumatic cylinders and via other accesories that can be employed for the depth control.
Those slides are suitable to be integrate in system that are including robots, or two or more tightening point.
